About Rich

I am an accredited strength and conditioning and lifestyle fitness advisor with more than 28 years of experience and a passion for all things health, fitness and sport.

When it comes to your fitness, health and vitality it is very important that you get the right advice that suits your personal requirements and a support package which can be integrated into your lifestyle commitments. 

With over 28 years of experience I still have the enthusiasm combined with underpinned with a academic background, extensive practical knowledge and hands on coaching experience with a broad range of clients which has enabled me to become a well rounded coach truly providing a comprehensive holistic approach to achieving results with a broad range of clients.
