Richard Levy is an accredited UK Strength and Conditioning (UKSCA) coach, sport scientist, and a fully qualified, level 3 personal trainer with more than 25 years of experience and a passion for all things sport, health, and fitness.
Richard’s speciality is sports performance coaching, working with athletes from a wide variety of sports at regional, national, and international levels in the UK and abroad. He also practises as a weight management coach with a specific focus on fat loss protocols and muscle building methods.
Richard’s enthusiasm, combined with his academic background, extensive practical knowledge, and hands-on coaching experience, mean he is well-poised to serve as a well-rounded practitioner who provides a truly comprehensive approach to achieving results with a broad range of clients.

Richard is a distinguished expert who stays abreast of the latest research in health and fitness while striving to improve his skills as a fitness and sport performance coach. Richard graduated with a master’s degree in strength and conditioning, as well as a degree in sport and exercise science, from Coventry University. He is a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Scientists, an accredited member of the UK Strength and Conditioning Association, and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
